What information is needed for bookings?

We'll set up your bookings together during your onboarding session. In the meantime, please consider the following variables about how you'd like bookings to work in Frello.

The booking calendar

Here is an example of a booking calendar. This is where members will see what is available to be booked and make their bookings. Admins can also use this to create bookings on behalf of members.


The following information is what we will use to set up your booking calendar together.


Booking times

  • What is the length of a booking? i.e. 30 mins, 60 mins.

  • When are bookings open? i.e. 5:00 - 22:00.

  • Do you have peak times and when are they?

Booking details

  • Do you have different types of bookings? i.e. Game, Practice, Coaching

  • How many members can be included in a booking?

  • What kind of memberships have the ability to book and when? Do only certain memberships have the ability to book during peak hours?

  • Are there any booking restrictions? i.e. no consecutive bookings.

Fees

  • How much do you charge for bookings per member or per court?

  • Do different memberships pay different booking fees?

  • Are there different fees for peak hours?
