FAQ for the Upcoming Changes to Your Club Portal

Q: What’s the difference between Frello and Hello Club?

A: Frello is our company name, and Hello Club is one of the product solutions we offer under Frello.

Q: What changes are we expecting?

A: The following changes might affect you:

  • The look of your club portal
    You’ll notice the interface will be updated with the Hello Club logo, colours, and fonts. However, your customisation settings, as well as the layout and functionality you're used to, will remain largely the same.

  • The URL of your club portal
    If your club portal’s URL is currently a subdomain (e.g., myclub.myfrello.com), it will change to a new subdomain (e.g., myclub.helloclub.com).

This change won't affect you if you’re using a custom domain (e.g., members.myclub.com).

Q: Is there anything we need to do?

A: Once the change takes place, we’ll send you a follow-up email. At that time, you will need to update any links you have across all your public channels for your portal, including your website, Facebook page, and email signature.

We also recommend informing your members about the updated URL to ensure they can continue accessing the club portal without any issues.

Q: What happens if I haven’t changed to the new URL?

A: To help with your transition, we’re working on a possible option to set up a redirect from your current URL to the new one, in case the update is missed. However, it’s highly recommended that you update any links across your public channels to ensure normal logins for your members.

Q: When will the changes take place?

A: The changes are scheduled for around 29 October 2024. You will receive an email notification when the changes are implemented.
