In general, the first thing to check in case of any problems, is the status of the Frello controller. You can view this status by heading to the System module:

If the Frello controller is up and running, you will see a green icon with the label Online. If the Frello controller is offline for any reason, this will be indicated with a red icon and the label Offline.

Please don’t be alarmed if the status shows as offline, as it may happen from time to time that the controller loses its internet connection or its connection with our servers, while the access control system remains fully functional.
